About
Olésea Volta Voloshin, (or SuperVolta on SuperSpecial occasions), is a collector of feelings, obsessions, memories, dreams and expressions. She comes from a tiny piece of land in Eastern Europe, known as Moldova.
Olésea, aka Olé, is also a twenty-something years old artist and culture enthusiast who measures success by the amount of bonding moments formed with various individuals.
Heavily influenced by surrealist works, Olé constantly strives to express her ideas through conceptual photography. She strongly believes in creating surreal images through realistic ways, taking a so-called "Surreal Realism" approach to her work, with minimum photo-manipulations. Olé is also a former surrealist painter and currently has a side project - NoteCard Poetry - where she explores the confined medium of a 3 by 5 notecard.
She equates traveling with breathing and it is not unusual to find her obsessing over a particular country at one point or another.
Olé´s hunger for cultural knowledge can only be matched by her innate desire to express and share her concepts, ideas, emotions, knowledge and experience.
